• the company founder is Oktal Pharma d.o.o. Zagreb, Republic of Croatia, having a 100% stake in the company's equity
• core business activity – representation of foreign companies: Advanced Medical Optics (AMO),  Allergan and Mentholatum

2005

• broadening up the assortment of products for which we have been granted the power to represent

2006

• the company changed its core business activity into the wholesaler of pharmaceutical products
• new developments in the field of representation, import, distribution and promotion of medicines, medical devices and other products
• expending the list of partners
  - Pierre Fabre Dermocosmetique (Avène, Ducray, Elancyl)- representation, import, distribution and promotion
  - Wyeth Whitehall

  - Lucas Intertrade (Noni de Tahiti) – representation, import, distribution and promotion

2007

• signed the Representation Agreement about the representation, import and exclusive distribution of products made by BioClin, The Netherlands
• broadening up the assortment of products made by foreign companies to the amount of about 130 articles 

2008

• the assortment of products comprises about 150 products in the category of medicines, medical devices, cosmetic and dietetic products

2009

• signed the Exclusive Distribution Agreement with Iga d.o.o Split that represents products of the company InHealth Technologies, USA for the territory of the region. InHealth Technologies is a division of Helix Medical LLC, USA that manufactures built-in speech prosthesis and the accompanying maintenance equipment, and a range of products that facilitate and improve the lives of those who have to use the speech prosthesis

• strengthening marketing activities
